2、 Project Background and Requirements

Project Background: Facing the Environmental Challenges of Landfills

During the degradation process of municipal solid waste landfills, a large amount of complex and highly polluting leachate is generated. This' garbage soup 'not only has extremely high concentrations of COD (chemical oxygen demand) and ammonia nitrogen, but also contains various heavy metals and toxic organic compounds. If not handled properly, it can easily seep into soil and groundwater, posing a serious threat to the surrounding ecological environment and residents' health.

3、 Technical process

Technical solution: MBR+UF+NF combination process, efficient and stable

In response to the high concentration and difficult degradation of leachate, the project adopts a combination process of "MBR (membrane bioreactor)+UF (ultrafiltration)+NF (nanofiltration)" and is equipped with precision selected core equipment to ensure the stability of treatment effect and long-term operation.

Core process: MBR process efficiently degrades organic matter and ammonia nitrogen, UF further intercepts suspended solids, NF deeply removes soluble pollutants, and multiple guarantees the effluent quality.
Key equipment:
OMBR membrane module: model MBR-535-18 (64 curtain), providing high processing capacity and high retention rate;
ONF membrane element: model NF-8040 (15 pieces), targeted for removing COD and ammonia nitrogen;
Reverse osmosis membrane (spare/deep treatment): model BWRO-8040-400FR (10 units), designed to handle water quality fluctuations or higher treatment requirements.
Processing scale: Daily processing capacity of 120 tons (120TPD)
Operating costs: The cost of treating one ton of water is controlled at 35-40 yuan, which combines economic and environmental benefits.
